Anthony is the CEO and Managing Broker of Buckingham Investments, a 60 year Southern California investment real estate brokerage. Josh Ess brings 18 years of corporate and consulting engineering experience to his investment real estate approach.  Josh’s experience managing multi-million dollar projects and completing complex engineering analyses lends itself well to the evaluation of the current and potential future performance of real estate portfolios.

Josh was bitten by the real estate investing bug while reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2016 and constantly listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast.  By the end of the year, Josh and his wife had invested in their first duplex and were well on their way into the investment world.

Joseph, or “JP”, came to Buckingham after studying physics at UCLA, but made the transition to real estate because he wanted to build his own path to financial freedom.  A prospective client himself, he found that the Buckingham model made sense, and saw within it a vehicle to drive his and his client’s goals toward financial freedom.
