This Meetup is designed to help new and experienced real estate investors skip the gurus and high-priced seminars so you can learn, plan, and save your hard-earned money to actually invest in real estate! The small fee is for the classroom space and to encourage commitment from attendees. These classes will cover the foundational aspects of investing in multi-family housing (apartments). Special attention is given to investment analysis of Southern California markets. You will learn how to properly evaluate the performance of multi-family housing and tactics for increasing the income of rentals, while providing quality housing to others. Each class will cover a specific topic and highlight real-world applications and examples from property that is currently on the market. Many of the classes will feature a guest speaker/investor. You’ll also have time to network and learn from like-minded individuals. These classes are not meant for any type of sales pitch or solicitation of the attendees.
