SPEAKER:
Ryan Patap is a Senior Director of Market Analytics for CoStar, where he is responsible for Costar’s coverage of Los Angeles’ commercial property markets. Ryan has a decade of experience in real estate research and was previously at CBRE Investment Management, CBRE’s investment management business, where he was a Director in the Research & Strategy team. Prior to CBRE, Ryan started his career in research at Heitman, a real estate investment manager based in Chicago. Ryan has also had other real estate roles at developer Hines and flexible office startup Knotel. Ryan has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
