Babak Ziai – Babak Ziai is the Founder and Managing Principal of BrandView Capital Partners (www.brandviewcap.com), a commercial real estate investment management firm. Mr. Ziai is also an Adjunct Professor of real estate investment and development at the University of Southern California Price School of Public Policy. Executive with over 16 years of principal experience in over $1 billion in joint venture, acquisition and development of commercial and mixed-use properties on behalf of institutional investment funds, capital clients and partnerships. Mr. Ziai previously served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Lowe Enterprises Inc., a diversified, vertically integrated, national real estate company with over $6 billion in assets under management. Mr. Ziai began his career as a Consultant for Standard & Poor’s where he advised domestic Fortune 500 and foreign companies on business enterprise and asset valuations. Formal education includes a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Ryan Mansour – Ryan Mansour is the Sr. Managing Partner and Business Development Director of Pacific Sands Development. Ryan is responsible for developing the overall strategy for Pacific Sands including detecting both strong and up and coming residential markets; identifying potential investment opportunities; developing relationships with brokers and banks; and directing the strategic focus of the company. Formerly an executive at Mattel and Warner Bros, Ryan started purchasing multi-family assets in Long Beach while obtaining a master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Southern California. Ryan also has an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University; Los Angeles and he sits on the advisory board for the Loyola Marymount University Real Estate Advisory Council.
