As an investor, Dave is a partner in Capital Stack Investments. Capital Stack is focused on raising capital and investing in short- and long-term residential new construction projects. Dave also founded the South Bay chapter of, For Investors By Investors, a real estate investment club that is 100% focused on education and networking with absolutely ZERO sales pitches allowed. Dave is very active in the South Bay community and is a proud Board member of the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation.

Anthony Walker is the managing broker and CEO of Buckingham Investments. Just as Buckingham Investments has been doing for over 50 years, Anthony seeks to be a trusted advisor and assist his clients with achieving financial independence and retirement security through investing in multi-family income property. He believes that real estate wealth is not created only at the time of purchase, but well before an investment is ever made through education and planning.
