Managing Broker

We are looking for extremely self-motivated individuals who want to take their future into their own hands by helping their agents succeed, as well as help their clients achieve financial independence through investing in real estate. We are interested in talking to brokers who are looking to lead a team of agents in a new office location within the South Bay area of Southern California.

We are a local real estate brokerage that has been actively assisting our clients in multi-family investing for over 50 years. All of our brokers and agents have the opportunity to learn about and build their own real estate portfolio while assisting their clients in doing the same.

We are looking for entrepreneurial people who work well in a small office team environment and are comfortable with the flexibility of working for themselves as part of a growing company. Our system of educating clients on all aspects of investing and assisting them in making their own financial plan insures long time repeat and referral business that pays off exponentially over time. Your earnings will be a combination of commissions on your sales plus an equal share of the profits of your office.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of agents to succeed in your local market
• Presenting and conducting investment seminars and training sessions for clients
• Developing and growing your business in your local market, as well as assisting your agents in doing the same
• Holding weekly training and educational events for your team as well as clients
• Developing and following up investment plans for the clients that you and your agents bring in.

Qualifications

• Must be highly self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid California Real Estate License
• Strong desire to learn about the investment real estate industry
• Other types of real estate experience in multi-family residential sales or management is a plus
