Jeff is a partner with Buckingham Investments and one our most successful agents. Like most agents working with Buckingham Investments, Jeff is also an investor. He implements the same planning and investment strategies Buckingham Investments helps our clients implement.

He has been working successfully in the real estate and property market for over 19 years. He’s is a resident of the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, providing him with an up close and personal relationship with Southern California’s dynamic and appreciating property market.

One of Jeff’s many client success stories:

In the three to four years following the great recession of 2008, I helped some of my clients get out of property they were not able to sustain, through completing a short sale for them. For my clients who had capital, I was able to help them invest in Multifamily properties that are worth considerably more today.

Jeff’s perspective on planning:

The idea of investing in real estate is just a good intention without a plan. It is crucial to have your goals in writing and to have a clear plan as to how you are going to achieve those goals. Staying focused on the goals will help pull you through the process.

A plan should not be carved in stone. My plan is an ever changing and moving entity. During work time I ask myself, what are the things I need to work on that will bring me closer to my Goal? I review my plan at least every 6 months to make sure I’m on track and also to make any needed changes.
