Joseph, or “JP”, came to Buckingham after studying physics at UCLA, but made the transition to real estate because he wanted to build his own path to financial freedom.  A prospective client himself, he found that the Buckingham model made sense, and saw within it a vehicle to drive his and his client’s goals towards financial freedom.

JP loves the process of simplifying the complex and coming up with a formula that works. He does this by taking in his client’s goals and desires, and then works within Buckingham’s extensive knowledge of the area to come up with a plan that is right for them.

A Long Beach native, he has a unique understanding of the Southern California marketplace. His own plan is to use the Buckingham model to build enough passive cashflow in the Long Beach/LA area to support a family of four through house hacking and value add deals.
