Jeff and his team at Jeannette Architects are leaders in the design of ADU’s. Converting existing garages and utility structures or designing new ADU’s altogether is a significant percentage of the company’s workload. They stay current on code conditions and are extremely creative in designing these compact “tiny homes”. They’ve been hired by local city municipalities to craft City ADU Submittal Guidelines and successfully partnered with city department heads to streamline the processing of permits as well as recommend less costly detailing and material alternatives to encourage lower cost construction.Jeff is a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP), affiliated with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), a long-time member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is licensed in California and Nevada.
